Jordan gave me the down and dirty and allowed me to get my car fixed. The overall problem is the ignition coils which aren’t a terrible fix and I politely asked him to just charge me for the diagnostic inspection which starts 170.00 which is a fair price. As a former mechanic in the Marines I don’t have all the tools for proper interaction and diagnosing so it’s really awesome to get this done by the people who have the tools. This location is under new management and is bringing the charm.

Jordan and Patrice did an awesome job! They got me in quickly for four new tires and an alignment, and the entire process was fast, professional, and easy. Pricing was very fair, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s always great being able to support good people who take pride in their business. Highly recommend Poiriers!

This is hands down the best shop in Broward County possibly the entire state of florida. They DO NOT scam you on anything what so ever like most shops do and they will give the job 110% maximum effort with amazing results. The prices are absolutely 10x better than any shop you go to. No shady issues a week or 2 after having your car back. Then the customer service is just beyond amazing great group of guys with a very friendly and professional attitude. They make you feel welcome and make sure you are taken care of. If you need anything for your vehicle GO TO POIRIER'S!!!

I was told that my 2022 Tacoma needed its engine mounts replaced at a cost of nearly $3,000. Before approving the repair, I got second opinions from two other shops, including a Toyota dealership. Both inspected the truck and told me the engine mounts were in perfect condition. Based on those inspections, I declined the repair because it appeared to be unnecessary. The truck had 52,238 miles at the time.

I had a great experience at Poiriers Auto Service. The workers were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and completed everything efficiently. Their prices were fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. The work was done right the first time, and my vehicle has been running great ever since. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop these days, but Poiriers Auto Service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service, good prices, and quality work
